My name is John Holmes and my wife Pat and I are Worship co-ordinators at McDougal Chapel in Sundre Alberta Canada. We are in the process of doing a teaching series on worship and would like to use the song “We Are Here” with our congregation as a theme for what we are doing. I hope this is alright. We have been unable to find music or lead sheets to help teach the piece to our praise team. CCLI has the lyrics but no charts. I am wondering if you can possibly point us in the right direction in finding what we need.

I think you are right on with the different tools. I am very horrible at organization and I have to work hard at staying organized.
I have a 12 month spiral calendar that I keep as updated as possible.
I also love using evernote for a whole lot of different things. Notes, tasks, reminders being the main ones.
I also carry a notebook with me at all times. Just incase my phone isnt working or
I dont have my computer.

Would you say that since your natural inclination is not towards systems, that you have to work harder at them? Or do they just come natural?
